Skype has unexpectedly deleted my account without explaining why. This, in spite of the fact that I just put money into my account. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone or chat who has authorization to take care of any of this. For all of you who are considering Skype, I'd think again about handing them any money. There are much better and cheaper services available--for example Google Hangouts.
